Terrible experience at this place, primarily by a Caucasian woman 3:00 PM on Friday July 26, 2024. Incapable of demonstrating patience, listening to customers, and communicating proper contexts. There are several instances:
1. I had difficulty getting connection from my phone cellular wifi to pull up the QR code. She kept saying that there is no wifi here multiple times. I don’t know why the thought of cellular wifi escapes her mind, unless she has predisposed bias about our socioeconomic status in which I can’t afford cellular wifi.
2. She complains to me that she has to tape two of my boxes and then to her supervisor, even though she said she is going to be nice to me. Being nice doesn’t mean doing it and then complaining it to your boss in front of my face.
3. I brought in five boxes of air purifiers in which I am supposed to give her the QR codes in which to print the labels and put those away. We have two toddlers outside so one of us always has outside in the car with the children. Instead, she told my wife to give her the QR code for one of the boxes so she can get rid of it. Once my wife finished her boxes, I came back to give her the QR codes for my five boxes scanning the first one and it was already used. Instead of properly communicating to me that the QR code has already been used to pack one of my boxes, she told me that my wife used my QR code for my box for one of her boxes causing me to have a misunderstanding with my wife.
Overall, if there is a zero, I would give it.

The customer service was nonexistent, and the staff appeared visibly agitated by the number of return boxes. I wish I could give zero star.

If I could leave less than one star I would. Which is unfortunate because I come here often for amazon returns but this was my first time interacting with the two employees that I did today. The most uncomfortable and awkward experience with an employee that led to an even more cringe worthy experience with a male manager. I know customer service is dead in general but this experience makes me have no hope. I did email the corporate contact us email but would love to discuss this further with someone other than the two employees I dealt with March 7 at 3:19 pm!

This new store manager is horrible. This is my 4th time coming in here and he has told me incorrect information. I come to this location frequently for amazon returns and I was told previously by the manager that I needed to come in with my amazon return packed although it was a “No Box No Label” QR code that I am familiar with doing. I mentioned that my Amazon return did not needed to be boxed but he insisted that it had to be and he will not take them as is because they were wine glasses. They were already in their originally product box. I came this morning to return them after I have waited long to find a box. The young lady that helped me this morning told me that they did not needed to be packed and that she had to take it out of the box for it to be consolidated into a bigger box with other amazon returns. She was very helpful and understanding of my frustration due to the MANAGER telling me incorrect information. This is not the FIRST TIME he has told me wrong information.

I was fortunate enough to have Lindsey assist me in sending a set of skis, a set of ski boots, and a sleeping bag to my son in Arlington, Virginia. I did not have anything wrapped or in boxes. She was courteous, quick and friendly. She’s a credit to her local UPS store.

Lindsey was SUPER helpful and patient. The Amazon QR return codes I had were for Whole Foods and she helped me cancel them and re-do them for UPS Store (for 5 items!). She’s a rock star and that store is lucky to have such a helpful and efficient employee.

We sent a letter out of the store six days ago to a recipient in Northern Michigan via UPS. Stopped by the store today to inquire about arrival because tracking indicated still in Petoskey UPS. Was advised by staff there was nothing that could be done over the weekend as no manager in the store. When I asked if there was a manager on call who may assist I was told a flat “ no”. Now we have to wait until 11 am on 11/20 when manager returns.

I wish I could give this damn store 0 stars!!!! I was a consistent customer at this store and I no longer will be coming here anymore!! The associates never know what they’re doing, they charge different prices for everything . The managers shouldn’t even be a manager because he acts confused about EVERYTHING! It’s always someone in this store who doesn’t know 100% of what they’re doing. And then IF they even have employees they don’t know anything. THEY ARE ALSO ALWAYS SHORT STAFFED . They need a WHOLE NEW ownership and management. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS STORE DONT WASTE YOUR TIME.
