Brought my car here over 15 years ago for a detail and was impressed. Moved back to the area, took two cars to them and even more impressed than before. Literally makes your car look brand new. HIGHLY recommend their services.Can't speak for the auto-repair and oil change portion, but it's all owned by the same owner (to my knowledge at least), so I'm sure you can't go wrong.

Car looked like new afterward. Smoke smell returned after cleaning but they didn’t guarantee it so no shade. Would like to see if they can shampoo the headliner.

First time getting my recently purchased car detailed and Dave was very helpful. I was unsure of which package to get but he explained the difference and did not push me to get extra stuff that my car didn't need. I ended up just getting the basic wash and wax. They did a pretty good job. Ill definitely consider coming back again.

Dave the manager was nice “initially”. I had an unexpected coffee spill the very next day after a nice detail. Upon showing up with spilled coffee in/on my counsel & front cloth seat. Asking for some help and more than willing to pay for an emergency exception I was met with the rude Dave. I was instructed I had to wait all day. To clean any stainage. For it was my fault I spilled coffee in my truck. (Which was true). Not professional. I then traveled to K&J’s hand car wash in Redford. Kieth the owner took me right in and took care of the problem in less than 10 minutes. I’m A new resident of Northville. Having moved from Chicago Illinois. I was surprised how I was treated.

My car is ten years old, a lovely 2010 Red Toyota Prius. I took it to Auto Spa on good word from my son, and he was so correct.My 2010 Red Toyota Prius is now a young beauty.

Pathetic!!! Stay away!! Horrible service and no respect to the customer. Was my first time and would be the last time I will go here. Did not clean the car and blaming me that I don't keep the car well. Can not believe that there are still in business. I wish I can give negative stars...

Horrible customer service! I have taken my car to Davis AutoCare - their parent business for almost 30 years but I am done! I was treated so rudely over the phone on 2 calls, I was flabbergasted!

Horrible customer service! I have taken my car to Davis AutoCare - their parent business for almost 30 years but I am done! I was treated so rudely over the phone on 2 calls, I was flabbergasted! I scheduled an appointment to have my car detailed with the The Spa Special for $135*. This is the description, caps by me: "Hand wash exterior and door jambs. Clean and dress tires and wheels. Wax exterior paint surfaces. We vacuum the interior, clean ash trays, shampoo the carpets and floor mats. SPOT CLEAN THE UPHOLSTERY. The vinyl and leather are cleaned and conditioned. Clean interior and exterior windows and mirrors." My husband brought the car over because I was sick and pointed out the couple of spots we needed done on the seats. 2 minutes after he left, Dave called me and said that they don't clean the upholstery for the Spa Special. I corrected him that his website description DID, in fact state that. Then he proceeded to mock me by saying sarcastically "yea, but your husband kept pointing out here's a spot, here's a spot, here's a spot, here's a spot, here's a spot, here's a spot, here's a spot,....". WOW! There were only 4 small spots that needed cleaning and he lays into me - a CUSTOMER? I called him back and told him to not do any work on my car, that we would pick it up later. His response was "I don't intend to." This kind of treatment was unacceptable. What he should have said was, "that the type of spotting they do would for this package does not include what I had requested and would I like to add that as an extra service or skip the upholstery cleaning?" I suggest they change their description for their packages. I will steer away any potential customers from going there or the Oil Change or the Autocare if anyone asks me. Apparently this guy has been working there for several years. Another reviewer from 2014 had the same rude service. He should be fired - he is costing them business.
