They were thorough in checking my tire, it unfortunately needed replacement got the same tire ordered--the cost was reasonable, Tuffy replaced the sensor on the tire for nothing when it wasn't working correctly with the brand new tire. Thanks for doing the job correctly and not rushing it through.

I highly recommend Tuffy Muffler. They are honest and easy to work with. Their pricing is competitive and at a lower cost than going to a dealer. They do the work very quickly. I have gone there twice. Once to have my timing belt replaced. And today, to fix my A/C blower motor and do an oil change. I will continue to go back. Sky was my service writer and she is very knowledgeable. She was able to give me an estimate over the phone. I am very happy with Tuffy Muffler in Northville!!! I hope you will consider supporting this outstanding business.

I am a delivery driver and I delivered brake pads and rotors to this location. The employees were very kind, friendly and helpful. Although I did not get any work done on my vehicle at this location, I absolutely recommend coming here.

They were exceptional in service and attention to detail! While on a trip from East Lansing to Northville, my red oil light came on. Tuffy Northville was the closest oil change station. Although they had no appointments available, or the oil filter my car required, they made arrangements within an hour to get the filter I needed and fit me in for an oil change to save my engine. I will definitely return to Tuffy’s’s Northville when I am in the area and need an oil change ! They were exceptional!. Thank you, Brian and Pete.

Welcome to the neighborhood. Let's start with the super nice customer service I experienced walking in. Greeting with a huge smile. To be honest, the price range was way better than I thought it would be. Normally when I go in to get an oil change, the mechanic finds a millions reasons to charge me an enormous fee. I really appreciate that my quote was the quote at the checkout. Now, they hooked me and they remember my name :) priceless. I will continue using their services for now on like today for an inspection for other quotes needed. :) I highly recommend their services. Enjoy coffee and snacks while you wait!!
