After using a competitor and getting rotten service, I tried tuffy in Northville and was pleasantly surprised and pleased with their work. It was not overpriced and they did everything right. They break repairs down and offer same day service, just great!

Took my old car in knowing it needed some work. They were kind enough to provide me a free estimate despite desire not to fix the vehicle with them. They were very helpful and understanding. When it makes sense to fix the vehicle, I will return.

My Roush Mustang hit a pothole and the suspension started making a loud noise. Pete diagnosed and tracked down the parts that were on backorder and got then delivered the next morning. My car was ready at 11am as promised. They kept my car overnight inside the garage. The price was very reasonable. They are now my go to shop for my daily driver and hotrod.

Great customer service reps, great job fixing my father-in-law's tire. However, they input our phone number wrong and I never got notified that the car was done until I called to find out if there was a problem and was told the car was done 2 hours prior. Mistakes happen, maybe verify the phone number with the customer before they leave.

I was greeted really friendly my First time coming in. They were excellent at communication and very fair pricing I will be back. The shop is clean and orderly. I would recommend anyone that is looking for a really good fair place to have their vehicle serviced, this is definitely it!

This auto shop is great. I made an appointment the day before and they took my car right away and were done in 45 minutes. They beat the dealer by 50% on cost and 80% on time.

Unfortunately, this place has gone downhill recently. They did work and left off 2 lug nuts on my front tire. This led to a rotational like noise. Took it in, but they said that the missing lug nuts was not a problem and didn't cause the issue.Well, 2 different visits in a week and 1300 dollars later there is additional noises worse than the original one brought in for.Taking to another mechanic. Thank God my wife and I weren't killed driving on 3 lug nuts!!May 15, 2024 update:I saw your response today, and it is untrue.First, I never had a problem with the car pulling left until AFTER you did the brakes and tie rod replacement. I only had a noise upfront but then had a new noise after your "fix'.Also, my receipt from when you replaced the tire pressure units in all 4 wheels, had nothing about rechecked the lugs! It was after that that you changed your receipts to an updated version that included this notice! Why would you mislead others on Google by making false statements. You mentioned that you attended church, but that only makes your untrue response to my review even more appalling.
