I called and asked if they could take a walk in this afternoon, and they said they weren’t taking walk ins. I then asked to make an appointment and was told they were not taking new customers. No apologies, rude tone. It was 100% creepy. Like how did they know I’d even be a new customer?

Wow called to get appt set up and lady just kept saying we are too busy and goodbye...goodbye....yea...sorry...goodbye. So I guess setting an appointment up for Monday Tuesday, etc is not possible. Does anyone recommend a hair stylist for my daughter that is near Hartland? One that will make appointments! LOL.

Been going to Julie for years. She is able to cut my hair looking at a photo I downloaded, which is a remarkable skill. Very lucky to have her.
