With only having a 3.6 rating i was kind of worried about going here, but the 2 people that were working were very friendly, only reason for not giving 5 stars is i thought they would be able to activate my new phone but told me i would have to call customer service.

Terrible service...we went in to look at options and finalized the phone and plan we wanted. As we couldn't complete the purchase that day, we went back the next day and were told that we couldn't get the plan we decided on. That the sales person who talked to us was inexperienced and gave us incorrect information...Why are you employing people who give customers incorrect info???? Train your people correctly! They wanted more than twice the amount per month than we were initially told!! Very unsatisfied with the Staff and manager there

Supposedly opens at 10am. Got there at 10:45am, doors locked, building empty and waited for 20 minutes, no one showed up. Should try hiring people who actually show up to work. Embarrassing.

This was my first time with t mobile and it has been a horrible experience. I have spent a month and a half explaining my situation and have had little to no help from the manager and what just turn out to be arguments and him always saying some one is on vacation over an issue that could have been resolved more quickly then the time it had been and with out the unnecessary comments. I have been waiting for a credit that was supposed to be discussed with the district manager and it has been weeks and I have been having to keep calling and get the same rude costumer service by the manager and keeps saying he will let me know and never does and that the district manager is on vacation. We will be canceling in the next week or so . I would highly recommend elsewhere .

Customer service at the Northville, Mi store was great! Tevin was awesome & very patient & knowledgeable & he explained everything to me.
