Went in to get fitted for shoe inserts and walking shoes. Planned to purchase 2 pairs of inserts and 1-2 pair of shoes. This was my second attempt to shop here. I completed the assessment for the inserts and the store personnel reviewed the data from his tablet. Another associate asked a question and he walked away to assist them before getting me shoes to try. He didn’t say excuse me, I will be right back, nor did he send anyone else to help me. As I sat waiting, 2 other customers walked in and were immediately serviced. After a few minutes I started walking towards the register where the person who was helping me was in casual conversation. Clearly, customer service is not a priority, at least not for all customers. I left.

Their customer service is amazing, and friendly to first time runners, walkers, and veteran runners alike! They have a great selection for shoes! I highly recommend using their feet scanning to find a shoe that’s right for you! Their 60 day return policy is amazing as well and allows you to try new shoes without fear of them not working out! (If they don’t work out and you take the shoes back within 60 days of purchase you can receive a refund!!)
I personally bought a pair of New Balance SuperComp Trainer v3s here!

Helpful from start to finish! Excellent selection on running shoes. Knowledgeable associates!! Scan fit technology to assist in finding the right size. Can’t beat 60 day trial run with your new shoes! Happy with my new Dr recommended walking shoes!!

The foot test was very useful and beneficial. The young lady that helped me did a fantastic job. She was kind, sweet, and really went out of her way to get the best shoe for me. I would recommend everybody to go here!

Great customer service!! Staff friendly and helpful, even recommending inserts as an alternative to buying new shoes as my son’s running shoes are just a few weeks old. Gave us good feedback with their gait analysis technology. Only downside is store is small so selection is limited.

I highly recommend Fleet Feet for athletic shoes! My foot doctor recommended the store and I couldn't have been more pleased. Before even trying on shoes, the salesperson measured my foot and measured how I walked. The salesperson didn't try to sell me something that wouldn't work for me. It was a great experience.
