“I have been taking my scripts to another pharmacy for YEARS but after moving to this area, it has been nothing but DRAMA. Finally, after listening to me complain multiple times about my experiences elsewhere, someone told me I should try here. I could NOT believe how quickly they were able to get me taken care of. They processed everything in record time- including what had to be ordered because it wasn't in stock.Mark was able to make suggestions that not only saved me time but money. In today's economy, every little bit helps. In addition, while I had REWARDS, I never really took advantage of them. With his help I was able to maximize on them- meaning I will be much more mindful about coming in and taking advantage of those perks.I know ppl complain of things like higher prices and having to use self-checkout but I totally get that I'm paying for the convenience of not having to wander a larger store when neither time or energy (lol) permit. In addition, outside of the pharmacy they clearly don't have very much staff for the store itself. You see pretty much the same rotation of like 3 faces no matter what time OR day you stop in. In spite of this I've consistently been greeted with smiling & friendly demeanor when I've HAD to request personal help. They honestly go out of their way to answer questions and treat people that walk in the door like old friends. It really is refreshing. Having noticed the staffing issues, I honestly don't mind using the automated checkouts at all- it's sorta the norm EVERYWHERE now.So yes, slightly higher prices, you might need to be a little patient simply because 1 person can't be everywhere at once but when you have them, they give you their all. The fact that they offer rewards and coupon deals really kinda evens it out price wise. All things considered, switching way back when would've saved me a whole bunch of time, stress and unnecessary headaches. The general friendliness and want to help? That's what will keep me coming back.”

“Most recently I’ve been receiving my CVS prescription medication by US Mail. Yesterday on October 18th I visited the pharmacy for Covid and Flu shots, at 6Mile and Haggerty. I had not been to the Pharmacy for quite some time. I’ve always found Gloria to be the individual to see for her ability to help w any concerns I might have. She was there yesterday to give me my Covid and Flu shots. I’m just writing this to say what a very nice, professional and knowledgeable pharmacist that Gloria is. She is 5 Star and Gold Medal worthy! We need more like her!!”

“Daniel was the team member, who assisted me. Daniel is phenomenal - he was knowledgeable, professional, friendly and extremely helpful. He took the time to assure that my visit was positive, and he made me feel like a valued customer. As I observed him with other customers, he was equally helpful and friendly. He is a definite asset to the company - if all team members shared his demeanor and conscientiousness, then CVS would be the most shopped-at store/pharmacy in the area.”

“This store is just horrible. The customer service is horrible. It just is. I usually don't write bad reviews but this place is hands down the worst Kroger I've ever been in. I have gone to this store at least 10 times for a money order alone and have obtained a money order just ONCE!!! The self-checkout is so slow because when the machine malfunctions or needs an attendant, the attendant takes their time getting to you. I keep giving this store the benefit of the doubt but at this point, I'm just done wasting my time in this store.”

“I wish to know where I can do a survey to share my experience ..i went in asked someone for help he stoped what he was doing for a moment to direct me where it was, and went to the casher at 7:30pm found a guy named Finn who was training this young lady Shayna I got to experience a good customer service here was my first time here and would continue coming again thank you Finn and Shayna was very nice meeting you and thank you for the welcoming to your store please let me know where can I do a survey they deserve good review very professional

“Pharmacy: Used to be bad, but they seem to have fixed that. In the past year, they’ve really upped their game! Note that we’d been driving out to Wixom, instead, and that location is now even worse than Northville ever was.”

“I think her name is Laura or Lori, but I go in CVS on Orchard Lake usually at night to get my scratch offs or to use the ATM and get a snack or something.....she's always there working tirelessly until close at 11:00.....all the while battling cancer and chemo, that's a tough feat!!! I commend her strength and I think that she needs to be recognized as a courageous and exemplary employee for CVS.”
