We moved to Northville and needed office furniture. The prices were reasonable and we ended up with a great chair and desk. The store has ample parking and the location is convenient. We recommend this location for the overall positive shopping experience.

Make sure you check the website for pricing before you go in. They will mislead you and tell you there are no discounts, while the online store might.

I didn't get anything, but, I Did see my Favorite TUL brand pens! Some say that I have Way too many, but, Not me! LOL! They carry the sought-after metallic variety, that ppl are charging Top dollar for online! Yippee! Update!! I went back on Valentine's Day and Bought a set of 4 Metalic TUL pens!!

Well stocked store with ink and reams of paper for 10 year old Canon printers, laminating counter service. Capable of fulfilling large commercial print jobs. Very helpful staff.

Worse customer service ever the girl that works at the print department is very rude and unwelcoming. Very unpleasant lady was talking to me very rudely and mean. Took a lot from me to not say anything back to her cause I had my child. Bad service.

I entered the store and went straight to the Fed Ex shipping counter with my item to be shipped in hand. Two 20ish female employees ignored me. I walked around closer to where they were standing and greeted them with a cheerful hello. They directed me to the other check out counter. I told them I needed to ship my item with Fed Ex. “Oh, Ok”. They directed me to buy a box appropriate for my item on aisle 6. I rummaged through various boxes and returned. They then said I needed to go back to aisle 6 and buy the appropriate packing materials.Note: I was the only customer in the store. These girls were not busy!While on aisle 6 for the second time and wondering what material & volume was needed for the package- I called the Fed Ex on 6 mile in Livonia. The employee stated they pick the appropriate box and materials & pack it for you. What a revolutionary concept…. A knowledgeable & helpful employee!Stay away from the Northville Office Depot Fed Ex on Haggerty!!! Save your time & effort. They don’t know how to interact with an actual customer. Sad & disappointing.
