My wife and I have used this dry cleaner for several years. We are residents in Northville and we support local businesses. We’ve had several really poor experiences over the past several months. The woman at the front counter is consistently very rude and unhelpful. Our pricing seems to constantly change when having the same items laundered or dry cleaned. We recently had slip covers cleaned and we were charged five times more than we were six months ago for the same slip cover for a single chair. Today I was charged $15 to dry clean a single shirt. This company lost my business today.

I brought in a Sherpa ugg comforter to dry clean, because the tag said dry clean only. We came back on the specified day and a worker told us it ripped in the machine and showed us. So, we asked for money to pay for the blanket and they said it “wasn’t their policy”. So, they did try to get someone to repair it but the repair was awful and it was very clear that the blanket was ripped and was poorly sewn together. Not wanting to leave with nothing, we went in later and asked for our blanket back, but the worker said she had no idea where it went. I would very much not recommend this cleaner with expensive comforters/blankets that you would like to keep.

We drop off and pay on the same day, three times items were misplaced. The first two times we received a NO YOU PICKED IT UP and it was found. The third time our items weren't located and we weren't compensated for $2000 plus clothing.They're very polite and doesn't resolve issues.

I frequent this dry cleaners and I trust them with all my delicate and "dry clean only" items without incident. Great prices and excellent customer service, I can't recommend them enough!

Can't recommend this place enough. Being a first time customer I was given an unsolicited 20% off and was also tipped off that the Kroger across the street prints coupons for this place on the back of receipts. I had a few suits cleaned here and they came back in good-as-new condition (unlike another local cleaners off 7 mile) and the lady behind the counter was very very friendly.

Best dry cleaners I've used! The crease in my suit pants is as crisp and clean as the permanent crease of my Army dress blues! They'd pass any inspection!

My favorite dry cleaners! I have been going here for years and never had a problem with it. The staff are extremely nice and helpful. Always good with removing difficult spots and really appreciate the same day service! Recommend to everyone they do everything on site so no worrying about them sending it out like most cleaners

I have been going to this dry cleaners for years now and NEVER had a problem. The workers are so nice and always happy to help out customers. I have also given them special requests and had no worries everything was done above and beyond my expectations. I'm not sure what "Jess P" was talking about, her special instructions were probably insane and she knows it. I would recommend this dry cleaners to everyone. The best part is they don't send your clothes out to a third party cleaners they do all the work in the back which allows for same day service!!!!!!!!!
