They don't participate with insurance, but that made the process quicker without extensive paperwork and approvals.”
“I thought Work ‘n Gear had a fairly decent selection, though I was a bit disappointed that the website appears to show bib overalls in stock… But when I arrived at the store I was told they are not stocked as they are seasonal. The clerks were very attentive, however. They checked in back, but could only find a couple of very heavy-weight quilted material overalls, when I was looking for something more suitable for indoors or warmer season wear.”

The staff was helpful in recommending certain items and at very reasonable prices. I would suggest going to visit them instead of buying online as they can really customize the products for your needs. Overall, a great experience and I would return if I needed any more medical devices/equipment.”

Now granted this is the 4th supply company I’ve dealt with so I’m used to all the delays and issues that come with the territory of waiting for insurance and doctor forms which usually is not the company’s fault. My doc is notorious for loosing faxes but this company was able to get the forms and communicate with his office just fine. I received my supplies much quicker than I thought I would and the customer service staff is super pleasant. I just got off the phone with Darius and he was kind and helpful. Really one of the best companies that I’ve had Interactions with!”
“We ordered this device for my grandmother about a month ago. We have been pleased with our service so far. There was an issue with charging and when calling in spoke with CSR Lisa who has been able to give us some trouble shooting tips. Lisa was great with understanding the issue we have and was able to walk through the steps on a device she had so I could understand what the device will say and do when I walk through the steps with my grandma. We even walked away with plans for if this did not resolve the issue. Thank you Lisa & Medical Care Alert for helping my grandma (and me) have some piece of mind!”
