After purchasing the service for my father when we finally needed it ordered out we canceled the service in March and it took them 3 weeks to send us the label to get it back to them and I received a bill in June I called them only to be told that they never received the equipment which I put in the Federal Express Dropbox myself and that if I wanted to pay the $142 for the 2 months that they had it that they would stop billing me in addition to the 6295 that they charged me I finally got them to tell me that they would stop billing my card for it since I no longer had it and I had to end up disputing it with my bank when my bank got my money back I didn't cancel my card because they told me that they would stop billing me within 24 hours of my bank giving me a credit they probably build me again this company is very unscrupulous and I regret that I got my dad involved with it because it caused him more stress over the things that happened with the billing then it was worth

We ordered this device for my grandmother about a month ago. We have been pleased with our service so far. There was an issue with charging and when calling in spoke with CSR Lisa who has been able to give us some trouble shooting tips. Lisa was great with understanding the issue we have and was able to walk through the steps on a device she had so I could understand what the device will say and do when I walk through the steps with my grandma. We even walked away with plans for if this did not resolve the issue. Thank you Lisa & Medical Care Alert for helping my grandma (and me) have some piece of mind!

After ordering this service for my mom(in a rural area), and paying a quarterly fee in advance we were unable to receive a signal. We opted to send the equipment back. Only to be informed that a fee would be charged to receive a shipping label, and that we have been charged for 30 days of service for a service which was never received. No resolve to this matter. I regret the day I mentioned this company to my mom.

Equipment return is a nightmare. I returned as instructed and heard nothing until a mysterious charge my credit card. They claimed I altered the equipment and did not even return the pro-rated fee, but charged me $60 for a pendant. Beware!!!!!!

I got this system for my 87 year old father. He has not had to use it yet, but the test for the system set up went well. The pendant is a little bulky but not unreasonably so. So far we are very pleased with this system.

I am very pleased with my medical care unit. I have not needed to use it for an emergency; haowever, I feel secure in having it available should I need it. I like tha fact that it is available anywhere I might be located rather that only in my home as was the case with a previous unit.

While I was away my husband had an emergency and used his button. The medics came, took him to the hospital, and informed our daughter. Good to have!

We got this for my Mom and we are going on our second year. Very satisfied with the service. Prompt to respond to either pressing the emergency button or to accidentally dropping the unit.

My husband has ALS and the Medical Care Alert Pendant gives me peace of mind when I have to leave the house. The automatic fall detection appears to work because when I dropped the pendant, it rang the call center. Each time we have tested the pendant over the past year, it has worked as advertised with the emergency call center representative calling and asking us if anyone was hurt. I like the fact that if no one responds, they will call emergency responders. This is a great feature for my husband who has difficulty speaking due to his ALS disease. I also appreciate that Medical Care Alert does not require a long-term contract. The pendant is attractive and low-profile. We give the service a thumbs up.

Love the security my Medical Care Alert system gives me and my husband. I am a quadraphonic and my hhusband is hard of hearing and diabetic so it gives me comfort to know that I can call for halp when needed. So far we have not had to us it but every time we have tested it we have been pleased with the service.

Personnel are the most wonderful, caring people ever! We have only had the unit for 6 months, but have found dealing with the company from the beginning, setting the unit up, to customer service calling just to check on the unit, everyone has been fabulous. Would highly recommend this company.

Very positive experience. Very patient staff, since I set off my device accidentally, at least 30 times. Sorry! Also, the staff is very patient & helpful when I need assistance with the device. I and my family feel very secure knowing help is just a button-push away. I had a very bad fall last year, hitting my head, while on the phone with my daughter in NJ. She insisted on getting me the device, after that. Now she has peace of mind! Your device seems to be the better one around.

I ordered the necklace for my mom. She is not able to see well due to one eye not working anymore. From the time I placed my order to the time that I actually took the device out of the box, it has been a pleasant experience. My mom had lots of questions that I didn't know the answer to. So I sent the company an email and I got a reply that really put me at ease. My mom called the dispatcher and talked to someone there just for a test run. She was very pleased at how they handled her and her questions.Thank you for being so kind and gentle to me and my mom. It means a lot to us.

After checking out many systems I decided to go with a Medical Care Alert system for my folks. One of the main determining factors for us was the ability to communicate directly to the emergency service through the pendant. With my father being hard of hearing, this was a key factor compared with most of the other providers. The sales and customer service personnel I dealt with were excellent in responding to our questions and needs. I highly recommend their service.

My alert system works well; monitors always courteous and helpful. I haven't had to use it, but feel confident about doing so if I should fall or have an emergency. It has survived three brief dunks in the pool at my water exercise class. I dislike the polyester and plastic lanyard, but have to put up with it since I have the go everywhere plan. Customer service was helpful and prompt in sending lanyard replacement free of charge when plastic piece broke. I like the price break of paying for year at a time.
