The wait time to speak to an agent is the longest I’ve ever experienced with any company. Needless to say, after leaving my phone number for a call back, I was hung up on twice which now leads to over an hour waiting on hold trying to speak with someone. Stop being a cheap company and hire more staff for your incoming and outgoing call center. This company is a joke and a hassle.

I just recently opened an account with them. I was hoping since I opened the account online, an electronic signature would be sufficient instead of physically going to the branch to sign the paperwork. However, the staff at the Northville location are friendly and welcoming. Personally, my major incentive for opening an account with Level One bank is the fee-free ATM which can save you a lot of ATM fees since you can simply withdraw money from any ATM nationwide. Most banks charge for ATM transactions made at third-party banks or limit the monthly free ATM transactions.

The staff is so friendly I don't mind making my way a bit further then
