“They have the two features that I care about the most in any service: they are experts and understand the nuances of what they do, and they are honest and make the most appropriate recommendations even if those recommendations mean they make less profit. Added perks include that they are extremely kind and their pricing is reasonable.The only downside to me is that they close at 5 p.m. on weekdays, so I can only access their service on Saturday 9 a.m. to 3 p.m.”
“I took my car here to get it detailed and it looks brand new! I had never had a car detailed before, so I wasn't sure what to expect and they did an amazing job! I got the Platinum Interior service. They did let me know that they charge an extra $10 for pet hair, which I appreciated being told in advance. I would come back here and recommend this place to anyone. The staff was friendly and professional.”
“I drive past at least 10 laundromats (coming from Taylor) just to come here to Spotless! Aside from their amazing perks (FREE DRYING and freebie rewards after so many visits), the customer service is phenomenal. I've met some of the nicest ladies behind that counter. Each of them are personable, friendly, smiling, and ready to help if/when needed! I've been seeing some of these same smiles for YEARS! This is by far my favorite laundromat.”

She is a sweet woman, great attitude and made my stay here a positive one. Very clean and kept up. Will be returning. “It's not to busy and it's great to wash/dry winter bedding. Then, anything you have to wash to big for your washer.
My dryer at home is working like new it is from 1976.”

“I needed to have my suit pressed for a wedding taking place on the next day (10/02/2021). I brought it in during the morning on the day before and it was ready that same afternoon. For just $9 it was perfectly pressed. EXCELLENT response time and PERFECT results. I will use them again when I visit Metro Detroit.”

“When you leave Sunday for your anniversary, you need dress clothes, and when Mrs. Detroit reminds you again at 11pm on Friday, you HAVE to be in a suit or sport coat both days; you remember all your dress clothes that fit are in your trunk balled up.I pick up tomorrow at 9am As always, super nice and professional.”
