I switched from Great Clips to this Lady Jane's location earlier this year, after a bad haircut from a part timer. I had 3 great haircuts at Lady Jane's, but this last time it was very bad. It was a part timer again, and although a kind person, she was overly talkative, and I could tell she wasn't focused on what she was doing. Although the chit chat is pleasant, I'd rather leave with a good haircut. I'll have to wear a hat, until it grows out. I've learned my lesson and won't just walk in anymore. I'll make an appointment instead. I'm disappointed.

They are always booked up 2 hrs before they close.

Overatted and not worth any kind of wait. Just a bunch of tvs and sports pictures on walls with same hair cut as anyone else. $80 for a regular cut. Lol

The stylist here did a great job.As a walk-in I was concerned about the wait time based on other reviews however that was not an issue as other reviews suggested.If I'm back in the area and need my hair cut again I would definitely stop by here again.

Was here last night to get a haircut. Reached there at 7.40 pm. They said they were closed for the day. There were a couple of hair stylists still available but they didn't want to take a customer. Not sure if I will visit again.

Very bad service. Very inconvenient process to make an appointment. Was there for 50 minutes without any service. Never going back.
