Brynn in the flower department is an absolute artist!! Called the day before for her help with a bridal shower bouquet and she made magic happen! She is incredible at what she does, is super kind and helpful, and really blew us away with her work! She deserves at least 20 raises and 13 promotions

Safe, clean, fair prices by they almost only ever have the self checkout line open meaning I spend more time waiting than shopping and the self checkout lanes always have problems with how many items you scan which makes me always leave wishing I had went elsewhere.

I avoid this Kroger whenever possible. Rude staff. Not helpful and in some cases seem to demonstrate clear bias towards certain types of people when serving. Making people feel unwelcome when they don’t fall within the category of ‘their’ acceptable. Choice of veg is also poor and stale

Manager berated an elder employee out loud.. I could hear her because I was standing 10ft from it. Then said manager basically kicked me out for not letting them do the same to me.. A customer.. I was quite frankly disgusted with this experience and felt really sad by the way they treat humans there. Her name is Stephanie, please avoid the front service area as this seems to be where she is in charge of

RUDE customer service . If you call the customer service they are not interested to talk or no patience to listen to the concerns. No professionalism at all. If i could give a Zero. I would have.

There is hardly a cashier available & the self-checkout machine keeps suspecting customers & calls attendant to verify however systematically you’re scanning items. Quite humiliating HECK…

September 2023 by Tina Steller
It's the end of September 2023 and Kroger is reporting profits--year-to-date of almost $32 Billion! That profit is not just a result of overcharging on groceries while squeezing suppliers--or increasing efficiencies, etc. No. It is also as a result of reducing their workforce. We made the terrible mistake of shopping at this particular Kroger on Saturday afternoon. There is NO customer service person there--even though it was 2:00 o'clock and there were no checkers! It wasn't midnight. It was around 2pm. Everything is self-checkout--and, if you have a question or problem, you have to corner some poor worker who is trying to stock shelves. What a lousy thing for a company to do to the only warm body in the store! We prefer live employees--but, if we have to do everything ourselves--how about a reduction in prices? Oh. That won't happen. This was so frustrating! No live person to answer questions and help with an issue we encountered. Worse, we saw a couple of elderly people struggling to do their own checkout. They know they have people over a barrel as they are dominant in the market. But, we encourage everyone to use smaller stores as much as possible. These huge companies just take and take and take and feel no need to provide employment or a nice shopping experience.Don't shop at this store--unless you want to help Kroger get to $40 billion in profit by the end of this year.
