I chose John Goodman because of past reputation in the area. He definitely came through. Within a week everything was prepared. House was staged correctly with good advice. Professional brochures and didn’t try to lower asking price. House went up on a Wednesday advertising a Saturday open house. House showed the following day and first tour bought the house for 5% over asking from a qualified buyer with no strings attached. Never made it to the open house. Thanks John!

Five years ago, we were fortunate enough to find Sarah Goodman as our Real Estate agent.
