Local branch has always been helpful but had to deal with "Head Office" this week and very different. First they closed my closed my savings account does to an undefined security risk. (I will receive a letter of explanation and check for the balance - still waiting.) Then they put hold on my checking account even though there seemed to be no direct issue with it according to first few agents I spoke to but it is scheduled to be closed and I cannot access it except to withdraw money from local branch "at their discretion". When I complained through an instant message through the bank's Facebook page I received response that the bank can close my account any time and does not need to notify me in advance. To say I am unhappy is an extreme understatement.

This Branch is undoubtedly the best Huntington branch in Wayne County Michigan!!!! The customer service is top shelf with a super positive vibe!

We have banked here for over 2 years. They are friendly, proficient, and efficient. They interact with my kids kindly and always seem like they are trying, even when they are busy. They always ask what they can do to help, but aren't cloying or wasteful of our time. They nailed the sweet spot!

I am so unhappy with this bank.. I got a bank account with this company back in November. I lost my debit card on November 27th. They ordered me a new one. Fast forward to December 10th I still don't have a debit card. So I go back into the bank because I had to go to New York the first week of January and I have to have a debit card. So they cancelled the card and reissued a new one. I asked the lady will this be here before the 31st? She said yes of course. It should be there no later than the 28. Fast forward to the 30th the second one still had not come in the mail. My address did not change they took the address off of my drivers license. So on the 30th I decided enough was enough and I asked to cancel my account(I was at the Waterford location to cancel my account, both debit card requests were done at the northville location). And normally you would think that they would ask why? Oh no. They just said okay here's your money. They were more worried about the stupid .03 interest charge that was coming up. I'm so disgusted with this bank. I will never recommend this company to anyone ever.
