In and out in less than 10 minutes. They greeted us and other customers with a smile as we came in. Deposited a check and got a new card. Easy peasy.

Literally have had nothing but bad luck with this bank. One thing after another. I lost my card, had to go in to order another, and they sent me the same card. Why would you send the same card with the same numbers, when I lost the original? How much sense does that make!!

Branch manager sent me a broken pen in pieces through the drive through and when I mentioned it he chuckled. Took 15+ minutes for a $108 withdrawal. Lolololololol expected more out of Northville but that will be my last visit to this joke of a branch. Lead teller service manager assistant Vice President CEO was actually pretty nice, just extremely slow.

I opened an account because i needed a safety deposit box and there are two locations near me, however this is the only location that had a box (not near me). I opened it before i left on vacation and was thinking i would look into another box when i got back. When i switched banks, they would not refund or even prorate my box. If they are going to steal $75, from me, what else are they going to charge me for? I'm glad I closed the account...an expensive lesson to learn, but i will not be banking with them ever again.
