I’ve been taking my pet here for years. It’s very close to my home and I have cat that becomes painfully carsick, which is why I’ve continued to use them as my provider. I take my dog to another vet to limit my time there.
I have had numerous uncomfortable and rude interactions with one of their reception staff. This particular person is often short and curt on the phone, and similar in person. I’ve been given the incorrect medications, and also an incorrect dosage another time.
While fostering a pet, I called in advance to make arrangements for the rescue to be able to call and pay by phone for the vet care, which they said would be fine. On my first visit with the foster, it went as planned. On my next trip, they told me they were doing me a favor by allowing this. When I communicated that I called to approve this ahead of time, she told me that someone had made a mistake and they would no longer allow this.
My visits also take over an hour each time, most of which is spent waiting in my car or in a room alone with my pet.
For the premium cost of this practice (quite high in comparison), I will be taking my pets elsewhere.

Very thorough with our pets and very very helpful by giving good explanations as to what they are doing and in explaining after ,I highly recommend this veterinary clinic,very friendly staff and you can tell this is not just their job they actually care❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️

They provide exceptional care! The staff are so loving towards our animals. We have a difficult dog and they’ve always gone out of their way to make her more comfortable during her visits. Highly recommend.

Office staff is very rude, especially the woman named Mary and the other younger girl behind the desk with glasses. Very disappointing being the face of that business right when you walk in. Mary is the most unpleasant woman Ive ever met. Always rude and snippy to customers. I cant believe this business cant find more pleasant people to work their front desk. Mary has been there for years and never changes. Same rude disposition always!!! Do better Hidden Springs!!!! They are there to interact with customers! Find someone more pleasant to do that job so people feel more welcome coming there and supporting your business.

They gave me a same day appointment as my regular vet was booked for a few days, which was very helpful. The environment is calming with a lot of space in the waiting area. The front desk person was extremely rude to everyone from customers to coworkers. We waited without an update of when we'd be seen for about 40 minutes. The vet was kind and nice. They gave a goodie bag to us for being a new customer, with some great treats and toys. It was fine, but I don't plan on going back because of how rough the front desk woman was. I was nervous about my pets health, and a new customer, and she treated me as a major inconvenience.If you do go, you can get $5 off your balance if you check in on Facebook.
