This is easily the best Game Stop I've been to in this area. I've had issues at pretty much every other one. I went in with mom who was having an issue loading a game on a disc we'd bought. Corrupted disc. They checked it out, said yes. It's damaged on the data layer, the other store should have never sold this one. It was too late (had brought it 6+ months ago) to do much for an exchange, but they helped us as much as they could. Weren't pushy. Took the time to really help and make sure mom got what she wanted. Just an overall really great experience. I'll make the drive out of my way to go back to this one the next time I need something.

Knowledgeable and respectful employees. Went in for a couple of collectible items, and the employees here helped me out in a way that is unspeakable. I could've hugged them after what they did for me. They know who they are! My dark knight collection grew thanks to their act of kindness.

Had a warranty issue and the manager became irate and hostile. He refused to look up the warranty and then sent a mass text out to all locations in the area asking not to service. No swearing or threatening was done to warrant black balling from all the stores. Went to another store who told us everything and also told us what horrible costumer service that was. They were also able to help. The misuse of the manager's "authority" was disgusting and appalling. Have contacted corporate in regard to the manager's harassment and discrimination. Have not heard back. He is also the manager of the Ford Road Canton, Michigan location. I would give this location a 0 or negative rating but unfortunately unable to do that in order to post

They just lost a loyal customer for 15 years never have I been scam for a $200 headset I just bought and used once. They even told me if I don't like it I can always return for a trade. They said they don't even buy used headsets when I tried to sell it.

The reason, it's gamestop. You can trust a shady loanshark more. Products they sell are trash. Cell phone gazing mindless zombies behind the counter (employees) don't know what customer service means. It's just best to take your hard earned money elsewhere.

We were walking up a little while before closing. The lady working saw us and rushed to lock the door and pull down the gate. It wasn't even closing time yet. If you have store hours, you should stick to those. Was just trying to purchase a quick giftcard for a birthday gift. Now we have to make another trip.

This review is towards all game stops, if I could give 0 stars I would. They don't hold items anymore for calling customers, they only have 1 employee per store so they close for lunch, and now they stopped carrying mtg products. I will not be a paying for the pro membership again
