“We had an exceptional experience, thanks to Jaclyn and Mike who helped us with our mattress exchange even a few days after the 120-night trial period. We had a week more left, however when we visited the store, the mattress we wanted to exchange with was at full price. Jaclyn and Mike suggested the new mattress will go on sale after a week, which would ideally be after our 120-night trial period, but we would save some money with the sale price. They assured that they will still let us exchange mattress even if we are a few days over. We were honestly nervous about the process, but they treated us with kindness, patience, and genuine care from start to finish. They truly listened to our concerns and made sure we felt comfortable and supported every step of the way. It never felt like a transaction—it felt like someone genuinely wanted us to be happy with our purchase. Their professionalism and willingness to help went above and beyond our expectations. “We on a whim stopped by La-Z-Boy after going to 6 different furniture companies that day. We got there at 5:50pm they close at 7:00 so we have 80 minutes to shop find and decide if anything is what we are looking for. Ms Loveland greeted us and explained that what we were looking for could be found on several different chairs (swivel glide) functions. We got 7/8 of the way through sitting on several seats. And finally she found one that was just right.
Again Ms Loveland explained we could order or take the showroom chair (wee need 2) so she got on the phone found an exact match and we signed the paperwork.
What a joy to work with someone that is very knowledgeable about the product they sell ….. refreshing.

She picked out the perfect lamp to go with it and even had a measuring tape to help me with deciding on the right size end table. This was the best furniture buying experience I have had since I furnished my big house in NH. “We went to to Bob's in Livonia on Middlebelt where we were helped by Curtis. We needed Counter height stools for today but they unfortunately did not have any to take home same day on Christmas Eve. Curtis was extremely nice and helpful and sent us to the novi outlet to find what we needed. We did not leave Novi empty handed! We walked out with 2 counter height stools 1/2 price from the damaged section. They're perfect. Saad was great he helped us pay and showed us some other items. Even the guys hauling around our furniture were extremely helpful. From Livonia to Novi such great service im so glad we stopped in for the first time and made the trip out to the other store! We are already planning the next trip for our bedroom set. Thank you guys so much. Great service and we love our furniture!”

“We were looking to replace our 20 year old Norwalk sofa with a smaller Norwalk sofa (American brand, American owned, and still making furniture in America). Home Interior Warehouse is an authorized dealer for the brand. The people were very helpful and super nice. We were very pleased with the pricing at their July 4th sale! Our sofa was a custom order, and it was delivered to our home 7 weeks after the order was placed. Needless to say, the new sofa was immediately claimed by the Head of the Household as his personal spot!Great experience; highly recommended!”

“I am amending a previous negative review based on a rude sales clerk. That appears to have been a one off situation and all of my interactions with the staff there have been pretty great since that initial review. I do find that they have a great selection of herbs. I also had some reason to inquire about how to address issues with my herb garden and had a very knowledgeable staff member provide recommendations that ended up helping to improve the health of my garden. I am going back today to get some ideas about creating an indoor herb garden and hope to have the same positive experience.”

“If you are looking for almost anything for your home from furniture to decor to soft goods, this is the place. Huge but good signage and a map in the cart helps. Didn't find the items I came to get but I was being a little picky. Did find a chair I had wanted to find for months and a few other items. This place can be hard on the pocket book. Much better than Home Goods.”

“Despite having to drive on the hectic roads of Canton, this is my absolute favorite location to go to. It's worth the trip. This location has more to offer than other locations in the nearby area, including Novi. During the holidays, this place has classy decorations and a wide selection to choose from. Im addition to this, it's close to Michael's and Ikea, so even if you don't find what you're looking for in Kirklands, you can always just walk to one of the other stores.”
