Loan office Jason is uncapable of doing his job correctly, lost 1k in earnest money because of him. Don't get a mortgage thru Jason unless you want a drawn out process then to be heart broken. He told me to find a better job, just rude and disrespectful. What kind of loan officer hangs up a customer? JASON DOES!

We recently were in the process of closing on our first home, what should be a good experience was awful. We went through our loan process finding out everything from the Flagstar app because we were never called. Our realtor would reach out to our loan processor Alisa and get no answers, as did we. We reached the week of closing according to our app to finally get phone calls being told we no longer could use the financing that was promised to us for over a month. We had to come up with and extra 8k to close 3 days before our "scheduled closing". We were given the run around for over a month, only to end up with plenty of unfulfilled promises. Alisa began answering calls and texts after we were completely dissatisfied. We ended up closing on our home, nobody from Flagstar was there. I received an email wanting me to rate my experience which I clarified was terrible. Alisa's boss Sean reached out to me on March 16th wanted to talk about my bad experience. I called back, never received a call back after leaving two voicemails. I would never recommend anyone use Flagstar Bank for purchasing a home. They ruined our first time home buying experience completely.
