Went through the drive-thru to deposit some cash but it was down. I decided to go to the drive-thru to an open window and pressed button for help and a teller just stood there eating and ignored me!Used to be so good.

I opened new account 2 days ago. I don’t want to say the name but for 2 days she is been promising me that she will call me back and follow up but this is the 3rd day she didn’t return my call. When I call she will say let me find out and call me back. She never return my call. I am brand new customer and this is what I am getting!!! I was planning to get mortgage with them but not anymore

Was going to open an account based on an ad flyer received in the mail. After seeing the reviews and the other locations closing I am glad I checked these reviews to avoid future disappointments. When you notice in Google reviews all of the responses from "the owner" to positive reviews, while sheer ignorance to the "not so positive" reviews, that is a very telling sign that you certainly avoid these type stores and locations.

Before my last trip overseas I called with the sole purpose of adding a travel notice to my account. They didn’t add it even after I reiterated the question. The airport didn’t have currency exchange open when I arrived so I did not have cash with me. I got stuck at a train station for hours until someone was let me borrow money since all of my cards were blocked. Avoid these hassles and use a better bank.

Had to visit this branch because the one on the Novi Road by the Walmart was closed and my account was moved to this branch. I have been assigned a banker named Anjali. She was super helpful in explaining home mortgage options, converted my checking account to Momentum checking account, Applied a new credit card and gave a brief intro about life insurance. She would setup a followup meeting with someone deals with Life insurance. Overall they really made my visit 5/3rd better.

This is such a welcoming 5/3rd! All the staff seem to genuinely get along which I think is so important for good customer service. The banker who helped me, Katie Hawkins, was so knowledgeable and made sure the business account I was opening for my new LLC was the best for me personally! I would highly recommend this location over others in the area! I felt very taken care of!

I've generally had a good experience with this bank, and have no problems with this branch.However, even though I opted out of having money taken out of my account that wasn't there for an automatic withdrawal, they have gone ahead with the transition, and inappropriately charged me a fee anyway. So, what good is opting out? If the money isn't there, refuse the transaction and let me deal with the receiver.The 'customer service' line was helpful, by removing the fee, but I do Not need to be told in a condescending manner, that;"That's not how it works", and, "I'm sorry you're confused"I told her that I was not confused.I told her; I don't care how 'it works', I'm telling you how it should work.Once I close my account, and go somewhere else, I will no longer be confused.Oh, and by the way; one is unable to write a review for this bank, unless they do it through Google Maps.That's probably by 5/3 design.Fifth Third...where they're making banking a Third Fifth better....

Don't do business with this bank, there website works 3-4 days a week, they stack checks, hold checks, and play with deposits to take out small business.Never in my life have I seen such arrogant people STEAL money from the customers.Our company will close our doors because 5/3 bank stole over $500 in just fees stacking checks to benefit them not the customer.5/3 bank is a criminal enterprise PERIOD!!!!

Kelly Abdilla's knowledge of mortgage products is amazing! There are no surprises when you work with her, she has all the answers. If you want honest, accurate answers about loan products, you need to work with her.
