I wish I would’ve done more research on this bank and checked out reviews I haven’t been a customer a full week yet and have ran into nothing but issues.. this is bad

Waited for 10 minutes in the drive-through and they continue to only serve the people inside. I ended up leaving without getting serviced. I will never use this Fifth Third again. This is not the only location that continuously has this issue. It me want to turn off my account and transfer my money elsewhere.
