This place does amazing work. They have made the dog groomers owner operators so every time I call the main number it never goes through. If I can have someone reach out to me or the person that always takes care of my dog. I want to schedule appointments. Thank you

Probably the only place where my dogs jump out to the car and go straight to the door. They love coming here and the staff is so friendly and great with dogs.

Actual grooming was okay but high priced. Afterwards, the employee just about BEGGED for tips (in case you missed the large sign on the counter asking for tips lol). Management - try paying better out of your own pocket. Stop using paying customers to cover your employee wages in the form of annoying/pushy tip requests.

Great place. Traveling through and dog needed some maintenance. Nails and glands. I called and was able to be squeezed in. Pun intended. Lol. The waiting area is very cute. My Basset Hound was taken back and moments later, she was all done. Fast, affordable, clean, friendly service. Thank you!

Amazing is an understatement. Our dog is a large dog and super nervous. He cries and screams any time anyone tries to do anything to him so the idea of having his nails trimmed was a terrible thought for us. Dog gone beautiful did an amazing job. They were so encouraging to our dog and we could hear them being so calming and supportive of him to get him through his nail trimming “ordeal”. Seriously it was nothing short of amazing! I would recommend them to anyone! They are great. Thanks so much for helping us with our super nervous boy!!!

Great staff an really patient. Our dog is super scary dog and most grooming place rejected him due to his not so friendly attitude. Luckily we found Dog Gone Beautiful and Oreo has been had its haircut for last 2 years.

Do not bother to call them, because they are not (!) taking any new customer ever again. This place was recommended to me, so I kept trying but I am done being told for about two years, that they are hiring and I should call again because they will soon take new customers. Maybe people do not like to work there ... Calling them is a waste of time and money. They finally updated their website, and say that new customers are not welcome. A waitlist is not available either. So, Congratulations for not having to care for (new) customers anymore!

I hesitate to tell you about my experience with Stephanie and her crew because this place is popular already! Their work, their attitude, their customer service is 5 star outstanding! I won’t even consider going anywhere else.
