I have gone into this shop twice to buy and bike and left. The people working there are rude, dismissive and quiet honestly could care less about my purchase. Instead, I bought the same bike from South Lyon Bike Shop and not only did they have it stock, but the guy that worked there drove from Plymouth to South Lyon to deliver it to me because it was going to be a nice day today and he wanted me to be able to take it out! Oh, and they added a kickstand without me asking! Night and Day!

I scheduled an appointment with them for a basic tune-up. Took my two bikes to their Northville store. They then advised me they will not work on e-bikes they did not sell. Totally wasted my time.
