I have been taking my scripts to another pharmacy for YEARS but after moving to this area, it has been nothing but DRAMA. Finally, after listening to me complain multiple times about my experiences elsewhere, someone told me I should try here. I could NOT believe how quickly they were able to get me taken care of. They processed everything in record time- including what had to be ordered because it wasn't in stock.Mark was able to make suggestions that not only saved me time but money. In today's economy, every little bit helps. In addition, while I had REWARDS, I never really took advantage of them. With his help I was able to maximize on them- meaning I will be much more mindful about coming in and taking advantage of those perks.I know ppl complain of things like higher prices and having to use self-checkout but I totally get that I'm paying for the convenience of not having to wander a larger store when neither time or energy (lol) permit. In addition, outside of the pharmacy they clearly don't have very much staff for the store itself. You see pretty much the same rotation of like 3 faces no matter what time OR day you stop in. In spite of this I've consistently been greeted with smiling & friendly demeanor when I've HAD to request personal help. They honestly go out of their way to answer questions and treat people that walk in the door like old friends. It really is refreshing. Having noticed the staffing issues, I honestly don't mind using the automated checkouts at all- it's sorta the norm EVERYWHERE now.So yes, slightly higher prices, you might need to be a little patient simply because 1 person can't be everywhere at once but when you have them, they give you their all. The fact that they offer rewards and coupon deals really kinda evens it out price wise. All things considered, switching way back when would've saved me a whole bunch of time, stress and unnecessary headaches. The general friendliness and want to help? That's what will keep me coming back.

Typical staffing issues here. Uninformed, lazy cashier/sales associate. I asked if they carried a powdered, non-dairy creamer. Her answer was short - NO. I asked if they had coffee? Answer was “Yes, aisle 1”. I found the coffee, plus next to the coffee was plenty of powdered, non-dairy creamer. I’m very thankful that I am no longer in the retail industry. Unfortunately, uninformed, lazy, thoughtless staff is abundant. Good people are out there. But they’re few and far between. Plus, what a waste of tree pulp…. Look at the receipts that came with the purchase of 2 items. Are you kidding me?!!? Massive waste. I do everything I can to stay out of here

Rude staff. They have a bell to ring up front at the register while they are stocking. I was greeted rudely after waiting. Apparently her name is Sandra. She looked at me as if I was bothering her. No I just need to check out after waiting an eternity. I will go further out of my way just to avoid this particular store.Aside from that it's a small store with terrible selection.

Each time I would be asked to use my member Card. I couldn’t remember if not been asked! I saved 40% for today’s visit!

No Public RestroomHow are there so many businesses in Detroit that don't think humans should be able to utilize their restrooms? That's rude as hell....

Cashier was not at the counter and had to ring the bell. She was timely, very friendly and even scanned a coupon I was not aware of. Saved me $10!

The cashier was being extremely rude. And raised his voice when we asked for the mask. If CVS has different regulations about giving 3 per family instead of 3 per person (from government website) all he had to do was explain it nicely. Not yelling and raised his voice in front of everyone. He even put his co worker (who was checking us out) in the bad spot. She was scared and confused because she question him the same question " I thought it was three per person too"I am contacting the corporate because I feel like my mother was being racial profiled

I don't really leave reviews as much, but today I felt it was necessary and well deserved. I walked in with my son to get my 2nd covid vaccine wed 17th and the whole pharmacy crew was welcoming. Gloria was professional, personable and kind. She engaged with my son and asked him to help her. He was so excited. She simply care. This was my first time stepping in that pharmacy and it won't be my last.Thank you Gloria for your great survive, we appreciate you.

When I go to this CVS I can find someone to help me. They are very nice. They call for someone to come up fron and tell them to do the register, and help me. They usually ask if I want them to help me with other products. If I say yes they stay until I get my shopping done. They are all very nice in any questions that I ask.

Sandra at the front desk was extremely rude and non attentive. It was like asking for a miracle just to get her to show me a product on the back shelf behind her. She needs to be fired.
