Jessie, a banker here, will intentionally hang up on you. On a simple phone call with Jessie at this Branch, regarding details opening an online account, but required scheduling in-person at a branch - Jessie hung up on me before we finalized time/date. I called the next day, he said, "I thought the call was done". Really before date and time?Elizabeth was also very unprofessional.Their Customer service is not acceptable and I have no plans to deal with the Seven mile Chase staff going forward.

Went to open up a personal account waited for someone to help me no one came even though there were couple workers sitting on their desks. Someone came up to me and said let me see if there’s anyone who can help you and he never came back… so I walked out. Customer service should be better.

They lost my mother’s and my financial documents with very sensitive information on it from when we applied for a loan. In response, the tellers were gossiping about me (who was trying to pick up said documents) behind the counter.

This branch along with Chase Bank lost $90,000 from our account. We are still trying to recover the funds two weeks later. This bank is not capable of doing their job which is keeping their customers money safe. If this is not resolved early next week, I will escalate to all available avenues.
