People were friendly and worked hard to find the solution to a tire leak. The problem was not the tire but a corroded wheel rim which they fixed free of charge even though they didn’t have to. I’m very grateful.

My fiance and i isited this location and had the opportunity to deal with Charles. We were preparing to drive to Houston on a road trip but we had a mechanical issue. Charles went over and beyond to get us back on the road. Not only did he explain the problem and how it could have been missed but gave us a fair price for the inconvenience. If I had to recommend any Belle Tire in Michigan I would tell them to drive to the Northville location and Charles will take great care of you! He kept us in the loop every step of the way and met the timefrane he promised. If I have any other auto issues while in Michigan I'll have the car towed to Charles if we can drive there. Great service!!!

Spoke with an associate on Friday about getting my window fixed on Monday which happens to be Labor Day. I understand some stores are closed, some aren't, but I was told to bring it by around 10am Monday and I could get a window chip fixed. Of course they're closed. Waste and would've been nice to know at any point of that conversation.

I must say that it's never a good feeling to have to get a tire or rim that are destroyed by our Michigan roads, fixed. But if you're going to have to get them fixed, THIS location is the very best.
To Jon and Justin and the gang, you have a tough and unenvious job but I want you to know I respect, trust and have 100% assurance you always get things right for me and those I've referred to you.
To Belle Tire customers, pleeeze get their tire warranty. It's soooo worth it. Borrow money from dad if you have to. :)
Of course you know they have free air. 24 hours a day. And I'm told they fix repairable holes in your tires for free as well...even if you didn't buy the tire from Belle Tire.
Customer service, customer first, customer is right is how these guys play.
Oh! Had brakes replaced on my Benz. Affordable! What? Yeah. I even met the mechanic who did the work.
It would be really cool if Belle Tire could offer shuttle service...Just saying... Or maybe offer a 20% discount if you have to get an Uber?
Keep up the great work guys. Keep your staff in the garage happy and everything will always fall right into place.

The absolute worst service I have ever encountered in any business. My 1 ton truck aka f350 requires heavy duty tires. When I spend $1800 dollars on rubber only you’d think I would be taken care of considering that’s only tires. What about front end work,alignment etc…. When I got my new tires I went home to remove the center caps that go over each lug nut in other words 1 center cap covers each stud and lug nut. One of my studs were missing and obviously on a stud is the lug nut so they were both gone and if your center cap holds them in,then the obvious reason it was missing was because of belle tire. And another wheel was missing a lug nut. On a one ton truck there’s 8 studs and lug nuts for a reason. They never said anything about breaking and losing my truck parts and just rushed me out the door. Fast forward three months my passenger rear tire was near flat every morning I’d come out. Ok so $1800 for belle tire to break and lose parts to my truck and now I have to run my compressor for twenty minutes in the morning to fill my tire up because they didn’t know how to install a valve stem!!!!!! Just yesterday I finally had a bit of time to jack my truck up and remove the passenger rear tire myself and take it up there so I didn’t have to sit there for 3 hours. Dropped it off 3 hours before they closed thinking they’d take care of me because of the past problems!!! Nope. Manager whom claimed his name was Charles said he’d call me when ready. No call that day and no call the next after them being open for four hours. Went up there and tire was still not repaired manager never called and explained what the problem was. Got mad at me me because I was complaining about the service at that location and told me to never come back again. REALLY LIKE I WOULD???? Btw got on a chat with belle tire previously to this and was told customer service support would contact me. Never happened and foremost I complained on an email of the studs lug nuts missing and never got a response. BELLE TIRE SUCKS!!!!! And jeff Braun was whom I chatted with saying customer support would contact me and never did. I didn’t spend $1800 to have to fix their fk ups. Next move is on social media. Good luck belly tired. Charles btw is a chump. He could have easily called me and de escalated this situation. Communication is key to business,however belle tire just cares about your money. Never had a problem with discount tire and that’s where I’ll be going from here on out. And if you think just because you scheduled an appointment time to bring your vehicle in,that only means they’re ready to take your vehicle and put it in the system. Doesn’t mean your vehicle will be serviced at that time!!!!! What a joke. 8 mile and haggerty road location sucks 100%. Even with the tire rotations etc. they will never see another vehicle of mine,ever!!!!!! What a joke. Charles! Get a life!!!! Learn how to be professional!!!! Doughtful tho. Unbelievable my four tires cost more than most two vehicles tires and I’m still working on fixing their sloppiness. They’d get zero stars if an option. Save yourself the hassle and never go to belle tire ever!!! Btw they balanced my wheel without picking out the rocks. $300 $400 I can see but $1800!!!! Such a joke. Perhaps I need to go to Allen Park headquarters and talk in person. $1800.00 what a joke. Just like Charles!!! A joke!!!!

What a great experience! First, I didn't realize that there wasn't a charge to fix a flat tire. Even though, I wasn't a paying customer, the staff at Belle Tire treated me excellently. I will go to Belle Tire in Novi for all my tire needs!

I had a great experience at Belle Tire. John answered my questions and was very professional. The automotive staff did a great job. I can tell the difference in driving my Tesla with all new tires and the alignment.Winter is coming and I’m ready.

Went to get my car aligned, they tried to tell me that my front suspension was all out of wack and it would cost $1200 to repair it. I took it to a different shop, they checked out all the suspension and said it looked great and went and did the alignment.

I have patronized the Northville location two times within the past year for the same tire because I work nearby. I understand it’s a free service. So I probably get pushed to the back of the line. However, I have had to wait anywhere between two-three hours each visits. I tried to schedule an appointment but they don’t have an option for slow air leaking tire or tire pressure check. The first time I walked in at 2:30 and didn’t leave until 5pm. The second time, I dropped off my car at 12:40pm. They called me at 2pm to ask me where the tire lock was, I missed the call because I was working and called back at 3:13pm to tell them where the tire lock was located. I returned to the at 4:30 hoping my car was complete. But, No it was not. The car wasn’t ready until 5:40 and they close at 6pm. Hopefully, I don’t have to go back for a while.
I have been to other locations Southfield, Dearborn and Novi, and never waited this long.

I have used different Bell Tire locations since the 1990s. Always had a good experience but NOT this one. Found a flat driver's side back tire. The other side had problems for a while of slowly losing air. Since I was off because I was sick and was going the doctor when I found the flat, I decided to just replace both of them.
I got on their website and it had me answer questions about driving style, wear wishes and price balance for both. They recommended a size different than what I had but I have used different sizes of tires on Escorts for years. I made an online appointment and they called me to get details and tell me they had the tires.
Problems starting when I got there 10 minutes before the appointment time. I was told that they didn't have the tires but might be able to get them there much later. I was waiting so no. I was told others they had that was higher priced of course. I said yes. Then I was told that I had brought the wrong size and now the price was even higher. When I said I knew the difference and it was their website that had made the mistake.
I didn't get out of their until 6 pm with a 3:30 pm appointment. They didn't even start until 4:30. Others were in and out while I was waiting.
I was treated as a female that didn't know cars. Wrong, I have worked on cars including switching engines, replacing brakes and buying new tires for over 45 years now. They thought they could take advantage. I was still not feeling well or I would have demanded my car back. But I also had a 6:30 am appointment for a heart MRI 20 miles away and didn't want to see another flat tire.
I will avoid this place. Even when the manager called me about my review I left on their website, he acted like all of it was my fault. I overheard him talking to some visitors as I waited. The conversation was about quickly getting the customer's trust to then sell, sell, sell. So you see why I will not be back.

I experienced a VERY fast tire leak while out driving today, leaving me just barely enough time to pull into this Belle Tire location before the tire went completely flat. They told me it might take a couple of hours to look at it, but I didn't have any choice at that point. I assumed I was going to need a new tire by how fast the leak was, so I was looking up prices on their website. Minutes later, they brought my vehicle out, tire fixed with a patch and ready to go. They didn't charge me so much as a dime. I was extremely impressed by their fast and courteous service and would definitely recommend this location to anybody! Thanks, guys!

They give me my car with a crack in the driver's door glass, they tried to hide it by leaving the windows down.
A few hours later my car started to sound like it had no exhaust, after checking I realized that they cut my catalytic converter, they didn't steal the catalytic converter, they probably just wanted me to come back another time, it's a clean cut, there's no doubt it was them.
