This place is always making mistakes. Between the app and the rude cashiers, I am all done with Walgreens after 30 years. They either send prescriptions to the wrong Walgreens, or send a message saying your prescription is ready when it's not, or mix up on the prescriptions themselves. I am disabled and in so much pain that I can't sit in the car and wait for 15-30 minutes for them to straighten it out. Don't suggest delivery because they will probably screw up to.

I used to love Walgreens and have used them for YEARS! I am done and over them! Now when you call, you either get told “staff is busy with other calls, please hold, you’re next in line” for an hour and a half until they close and you get hung up on or you get someone who isn’t even at the pharmacy and they’re to busy doing something else that you repeat everything to get on your account 4 times after they say “ok, give me a minute while I look at your account”. Then they UNLINK my MINOR child’s account from my family account so I can’t see or show what meds he’s on and that’s a very dangerous game for them to play! I am going there in the morning, I want my sons medication they’re holding and then I’m moving my WHOLE family to a pharmacy who cares!!! I will be talking to an attorney once my family’s stuff is gone. Oh and another Muskegon Walgreens admitted to my mom that they shorted her on the regulated pain meds she’s on!
