They tried to bait and switch us into a much higher cost mortgage. Their customer service is awful and they do not care about their customers.Additionally, I bought a vehicle from a friend who had it financed there. I paid it off for him in person at the Dykstra Road branch with a certified check from my credit union. It took them over three weeks to get a payoff letter so I could transfer the title to my name.

The bank manager at this branch should be fired. He is aggressive, and dishonest. I will be closing our account and will never use *any* Huntington again after the way my family was treated.

My husband and I went into Huntington Bank in North Muskegon to try to cash his payroll check and we couldn't cuz he lost his id but he was not upset about that, then find out his account was closed and we was never notified that it was closed. Then to top it off I went back in there to ask a question and both ladies at the counter was talking to customers about my husband and I telling them what just happened not realizing i was standing right there...im sorry but not only is that poor customer service but its just down right rude and disrespectful, then wants to tell me oh we was not talking about you but yet the lady that had waited on us looked right at me eyes got big and mouth dropped wide open
