These rich boys have no clue what they are talking about... almost none of them seem to have ever turned a wrench ever in their lifes... they seem to be good at arguing until customers leave, and feel attacked for owning their classic car. Your manager the bigger man with a beard seems to be a great know it all and seems to not be able to be told anything....? It seems like no matter what AutoZone I visit they always have exceptional customer service! At this one Aaron was great at explaining exactly what was wrong with my vehicle and the options I had to fix it. He explained not only the expensive options but also the cheaper options to get the best option for me. I appreciate people like him in customer service especially in auto service. Thank you Aaron!
