It would be nice if the mail carriers would read the street names onto the address before they stuff it in the mailbox bank. When they know there are multiple streets with the same number, you kinda need to go by more than that. If you can't read the address, maybe you should learn to read.

I have had issues with the post in the city since I moved here six years ago. Amazon states package was left by the front door. Come home to no package. How are people around here supposed to order anything of value when it can't even be delivered correctly. I asked my neighbor lady about it and she said the mail people didn't even come down this way so what do they do mark it as delivered and take it home?

If I could give this post office a zero I would. So sick of these workers giving my neighbors my merchandise that I pay for because they are too lazy and don't care if I get my stuff. The worst part is I've lost hundreds of dollars and never received my money or items do to their neglect!

They deserve negative stars. I get the wrong mail 2-3 times per week, every week. Last week, I got no mail at all for four days in a row. This has never happened in the 30 years I’ve lived here. The mail carrier for this area is completely incompetent. He rarely closes the mailboxes, causing the mail to be soaked in inclement weather. When my neighbor complained, she was told “he doesn’t have time to close the box.” Like, what? Ridiculous. Today a friend contacted me stating that she received a baby shower invitation that I mailed in October, 2022. It’s April 2023, she lives 2 miles down the road from me, and she just received it? Carrier pigeons or the Pony Express would be more effective than using the North Branch post office.

Terrible customer service, Terrible service in general. Not just myself but my neighbors as well have had complaints. Several times I have called and it's always short staffed or it'll get fixed. I didn't know short staffed meant you couldn't read an address.

Wish there was more to do other than write a bad review since I Consistently receive some things months later (drivers lic,Insurance cards & updates etc )and I'm sure others not at allthat I don't know are coming. I've called main office with no attempt at fixing the problem. It seems it will remain the same until someone who cares gets put into a position to do something about it !!

The worst post office I have ever delt with. The post office used to be rain sleat or snow, not this one. As soon as you see your order is sent through USPS you know it will be late. If there is a drop of snow on the ground you can guarantee you will have to go pick up your package yourself. They love to put "driveway inaccessible" for no reason

Big shout out to the North Branch postal service for consistently leaving my mailbox door open, especially when it rains. Thank you very much. (sarcasm) Also wondering what mail I may not be getting, since I get other peoples mail.

I have had nothing but problems getting my mail since I moved to North Branch Meadows, (there are 3 houses that have the same numbers to their address, each drive is different.) The mail carrier apparently can't read past the numbers bcs my mail keeps being given to the other numbers and their mail is put in mine. Then I open my mail box to see this sticker with a name for forwarding that has NEVER lived at my address (seen to the right).
