Northern Broadband has been very easy to work with, from the scheduling, to figuring out which plan is best for us, to the install. The internet is much faster and more reliable than what we had and we are very happy with making the switch.

The best internet company we have ever had! We have only had to call for an issue once in over 2 years and they were prompt and professional at getting everything taken care of for us. If anyone in the North Branch and surrounding areas need internet, this is the company to go with!

Fast, courteous, and helpful are some ways of describing their service. I've been a long time customer and if you contact them with problems they will assist as soon as possible. If you have questions they will explain whatever you need to know.

Excellent customer service. The only issues I have is the signal is lost during a rain or snow storm. They know about the issue and are working on updating the tower equipment that I am connected to.

I recently switched to Northern Broadband and have had outstanding wi fi connection! I recently purchased a new desktop computer and needed assistance to set up software. Kurt was excellent. Came to the house , was very knowledgeable and professional. Great service and support from this company!

I love the personable experience with these guys! Anytime we've needed something, they are a phone call and in our driveway now!! The techs are very nice and leave you with all questions answered!! Been using this company since they 1st started!!

We had service installed last week could not ask for more polite, informative employees. We've had no issues with streaming or using several items, waited a long time for quality service at our home. Wonderful company didn't take long for installation or to get it scheduled. Everything is payable online.

We've had incredibly high speed internet now for a year and a half. My connection is never less than perfect and if it just so happens to get a good wallop from the weather, owner and hard worker Theo gets right on the problem. Their office has a wonderful man answering calls and even if the sign says he's closed and he's in the office, he will always take the issue on. Great service for such a small town and working longer hours to reach even the hardest of places if not expanding yearly. Will continue to have this service till I'm no longer in the area!

We have had this service for about 6 months now. Billing is straight forward, no weird fees, when they installed the service it took only about a few hours. We have the 7mb plan and it has been great ever since. Thank you.

Their service is extremely slow and nowhere near the speed that we are supposed to receive. They never answer their phone, they never return calls, and they don't respond to emails. I am extremely disappointed with them.
