I knew Bob's big country when they started in north Adams you get fair pricing and good workmenship Bob went all out to help me when I had problems I don't give 5stars after this original post I gave4 star but since then last 3 times in i waited more than 2 hrs. Past my appointment time the last time there I waited 2 hrs again over then was told didn't have the fluid to fix it with i had to come back 5 days latter,?. 👎👎ðŸ´ðŸŽðŸŽ

Always seems to have the parts I need and is always willing to go out of his way after hours to get me parts excellent customer service and all the parts worked as they should.

BAD BUSINESS!!!! Bought a low mileage motor from him and it has a ROD knock. Called and asked to buy another one at full price, with the simple request to hear it run. Called for several WEEKS with no response, nor did I ask for a discount due to the rod knock in my current engine I purchased from this establishment. Will never deal with this establishment again.

Horrible DO NOT GO HERE!!!!!!!!!! If i could give zero stars i would have. Called for a 14 bolt 11.5 ring gear axle asked they guy 3 times on the phone yesterday day to make sure it was the right one called again this morning to make sure again drive 2 hours and hey guess what not the right one all they could tell me is "you know your buying used parts sorry it not right". Any business that's selling parts should know if they have the right one.
