LONG REVIEW: Wouldn’t recommend this place if you paid me to. “Pharmacy Techs” and “Pharmacists” have NO idea what medications are what, have NO idea what customer service is and sure as hell don’t belong in business. your pharmacy staff are awful! they r completely rude and abnoxious! when they mess up and don't do their job correctly they think it's ok to talk to their customers like it's their fault! it's unreal! I did make a complaint to manager but this is number 3 now and still they wanna treat customers badly! if it wasn't for the manager I spoke today I would b leaving Walgreens as a customer! and if this happens again I will b leaving! your pharmacy staff need to b retrained in customer service! I have lived all over the country and dealt with many Walgreens and the one in niles is by far the worst!!!! shame on yall for playing with folks medication and then speaking to them like a dog when it's your mistake! your a disgusting example of customer service!

we had problems getting the ebt card to work and we had no other money to pay for the items so the worker that was working used his own money to pay for our items. this is the second time I've had an employee from Walgreens do something like this. I do thank walgréns for hiring such kindhearted people that they have in the store

I had the most embarrassing, experience at this particular Walgreen's that I ever experienced in my life. The staff on this visit was very very rude and disrespectful! They invaded my privacy and thought is was ok to laugh and make fun of the prescription I picked up. I never knew that it was ok to discuss my prescription with the whole staff and make fun of what my perception contained, what made this visit the worst is when my doctor calls to question the situation, the pharmacist who was on duty lied about the situation I had. I observed about 5 workers at the drive thru window, peeking out and feeling like it was so hilarious that I was was prescribed a medicine that would help me to get off a street drug. I will never return to this location NEVER and I wouldn't recommend this location to Boone. I'm sorta (sugar coating) the whole incident in order to not feel the way I did. I can't explain it, it would take up a few pages to write down. I'm very disappointed in the way I was treated by a pharmacy a place where you think is confidential to something so important. I will not let this incident go and I will take this situation to a higher authority. When I do that, I will then return to you all and let you know how that went! Thank you all for listening.

If I could give this pharmacy a negative 10 star rating I would! Never have I encountered a complete staff of incompetent people. Every single time I go there to have prescriptions filled there are always issues. They take 1,2 hours to fill the prescription then only fill 1 of the 3 medications. They threw out the bottles I gave them so they didn't even know what else they were supposed to fill. I'm over it! Dont go here unless u want to deal with idiots!!!

I was sent a text and emailing stating my medication was ready for pick up. I work 10 to 12 hour days and wanted to stop and get it on my way home. When I get there it wasn't ready or filled. it took them another almost 30 mins to get it done. The tech looked at me like I was crazy when I asked for the medication. I had to tell them they sent a message to me it was ready! This is just one of many issues. Express pay is a joke also, pay ahead get a barcode and it doesn't work!

This Walgreens has the worst service I have ever had at to deal with on a regular basis. I literally just waited on the drive thru for over 30 minutes while the same car sat at the window on the building. During that time I watched 5 other vehicles go through the outside tube window which my prescription wont fit in. So because my box is too big I get to sit and wait for ever EVERY TIME I COME. Its no better inside. Just seriously some of the slowest interactions I have ever had. All while sick or in pain. Checking Rite Aid and CVS prices to switch over asap. Get yer sh$t together Walgreens.

went and dropped off a prescription for my son and the lady said she would see if it was in stock, she came back said it was and next thing you know I get a text saying it's out of stock. if you ladys cant read a label you shouldn't be dispensing medication. this has happened many times and is very inconvenient

I had to change pharmacies becuz Rite Aid no longer accepts out insurance, (Medicaid), it's sad, but the pharmacist ppl here are great & very nice & they went out of their way to help me. I just want to thank you from the bottom of my heart & keep up the good work.
