I had the unfortunate event of my phone dying. I was unable to get my screen to come up. I could not access any of it's content. I came in and was working with the store manager, Jay Yolo.
I was upset because I had everything set through my Google account. Which required the 2 step verification. Since my original phone was not accessible I was not able to gain access to my passwords.
Which had ALL of my log in. Both, personal as well as my business passwords. I also had a ton of pictures of my late Mom on my phone as well as her saved voice mails. He was so AMAZING! He worked his magic and was able to find a work around and restored all, YES ALL of my valuable & priceless content. Such a blessing ?
He was very professional, and diligent in his efforts. He was just as invested as I was in wanting to restore my heartfelt pictures and messages that are irreplaceable.
I highly recommend Jay and his staff.
