Repair and paint passenger back door. Everything was done well and in a time frame allotted. Text came on a regular basis as to the progress l. Not only was the work done, I came home with a cleaner truck than they received. I would also like to note that the office personnel were friendly and informative. Thank you ?.

Tyler's CARSTAR took care of our damaged vehicle with the best care. They kept in contact from the estimate to the finish. Very fast professional and honest rates. The estimate was more than the cost of service and Tyler's adjusted that in the end. 5 star all the way!

Workmanship is just "Okay". Staff was nice enough. Repaired adjacent panels on bottom drivers side of tailgate not flush and panel gaps on repaired drivers side compared to not repaired passenger side are slightly uneven. I haven't let them know because i just got the vehicle back and it's a holiday weekend, but this is what a body shop does. I should not have to go back and have this fixed.

Tyler’s communication was fantastic and customer service was excellent. Everything went very smoothly from their end with insurance, etc. (There was a delay getting a part but it wasn’t their fault.) Because my car sat for a couple of weeks in the heat, the tires were all very low when I got the car, it would’ve been great to have that checked/corrected before I picked it up.

They do good work but are extremely rude and unprofessional. The guy that sits in the side office ignores you when you walk in so you have to wait until someone else walks through. The guy who answered the phone when I called was rude and disrespectful when I called to get an update on my parts. It was my first and last time doing business with company. Would NOT recommend.

I dropped my car off but JUST within a week my car was ready for pick up!!! When i saw my car it was as if nothing had ever happened too it. They did a great job !!!!!! Thank you for the respectful and friendly service. MY BABY is back on road ?
