Matt was great as the service advisor. I was in town with my truck and he was able to get me in the next day for service. Work was completed within a hour. Thanks to Matt and his service team.

I had a great buying experience at Tyler’s. I had done some research online and found a used car I was interested. I decided to swing by on my way home from work and was happy to see the car in the lot. I say that because some dealers that are local and rhyme with rordan will post cars in their website to draw you in, and miraculously they sold it already. I’m happy Tyler wasn’t like that. I checked out the car, was greeted by Ashley, and quickly took it for a test drive. Came back, they worked with me on the price, I secured my own financing, so came back the next morning and spent 10 minutes on paperwork and drove off in my gently used car. Thanks for having an easy and honest buying experience!

Ron at Tyler Chrysler was amazing I got in contact with him Friday about a Tesla I wanted that they had in stock. Ron was quick to go out and get me pics of the car since they weren’t online yet. When I asked for additional pictures he didn’t mind just sent them over. He even made sure my car was charged and ready to go in the morning when I came to complete the paperwork. The finance guy was quick in and out in 20 minutes fastest I’ve ever bought a car that was amazing. Finally Ron’s post sale customer service didn’t end we had to leave right after buying the car to get to work but that didn’t stop Ron from offering us to come back Monday morning to get our car detailed and a couple little things fixed gave us a nice new jeep loaner for the day while our car was taken care of couple hours later I get a Text it’s done and came back and just swapped keys. 5/5 experience will definitely be looking here for my next vehicle
