This is for Tyler Kia @ 1810 S. 11th St. Niles Michigan 49120Do NOT take your vehicles here for service. They DO NOT have certified mechanics. They told my wife her grinding brakes was normal and she should not worry about it. Also told her her front struts where fine although the struts are blown and leaking and do not support the car and clunk over any pebble in the road. They replaced her headlight assembly with a Chinese knockoff from eBay that does not work correctly. They did not replace the bolts to the engine cover and we almost lost it, I had to replace all the bolts. I don't know if Michigan doesn't require certification for mechanics or if Tyler Automotive just doesn't care about quality of customer service but I do know they do not have any certified mechanics or body repair technicians. For the love of god avoid this place!! Unless your ok with the piss poor quality of their service department. Then by all means please enjoy getting taken for a ride.

Absolutely amazing their customer service skills are above and beyond. I originally went to Lochmandy in Elkhart and maaaaan that was a mistake they wanted to schedule me two weeks out and charge me an arm and a leg. Tyler's was fast and efficient worth the drive if not in your immediate area. I will forever sing their praise cus they saved me when I needed it. Tim was who helped me and he was the bee's knees. 10/10 would recommend ?

I waited a week for an appointment for brakes. They had my car a week for brakes! So that was 2 weeks with no car to drive. When I got it back, brakes are still sounding funny! My husband got his brakes done at Basney the next week and it only took a few hours. We will not go back to Tyler

I had to call to see if my tuck was done never received a call..and the radio messed up on the way home..so I had to call again and the service writer said he would call me back umm never didvery poor communication...

Service area staff has been awful every time I’ve taken my vehicle. Unpleasant and patronizing. I took my jeep to get an oil change there only because I had a coupon. They told me the coupon wasn’t for the full synthetic oil change with the type of oil my jeep needed. Fine but then stated “well, that would be a good coupon, huh” while snickering. Also, No one in the service area was wearing masks! I’ve driven 45 minutes to buy my last three vehicles and will not return to this awful dealership.

Talked to service department and mechanic and they basically told me they had to tear down a new engine dishonest people just guessed at my problem and told me what I already knew and charged me $100

I took my postal Jeep to Tyler's for an exhaust fix, and asked for a thourough maintenance inspection since I was about to return to work from my maternity leave. I told them took look over it thouroughly because Christmas season was coming up and I needed it to run in tip top shape for the next 2-3 months.
