3 months ago...the worst car purchase I've had in 30 years of buying cars. Sold me a Jeep, $20k, knowing that it had a defective and unfixable transmission problem. After taking my car back there multiple times, I'm told they can't do anything about that. Now I'm not even getting 18 m.p.g...when it was over 24 m.p.g. at the time I test drove it and bought it. Now they are telling me there's nothing they can do about that either. So basically I was sold a lemony piece of crap that's going to cost me a fortune in gas as well as having a dangerous transmission issue. And they don't want to do a damn thing about it. Even after spending more purchasing a warranty from them to boot. I could trade it back in, but I have no more money to give, and I shouldn't have to settle for a cheaper car just because I was sold a piece of crap in the first place. Besides, why would I trust them after dealing with this. Especially with so many other dealerships out there. I've even talked to Scott Tyler personally, and got nowhere with him either. So my advice is to avoid any and all Tyler dealerships, including their maintenance shops. They are unethical, unconscionable, dishonest, shady dealerships that don't seem to care after the sale is made. I will never purchase from these places again, and will urge anyone I know to shop elsewhere.
