Mindy! Wow! I read about her attitude on Facebook and thought "I have never had issues there, not in 10 years." Tonight, i met Mindy, and she is every bit as miserable as people say. She asked me "are you the same lady from last night?" Ma'am, if you have to ask how many people have a problem with your attitude, get a different job. This one is not for you!

First it was Speedway that refused to replenish receipts at the pump. Now it's Shell. I drive for a living and purchase numerous tankful's of gas each week. When I mention that it had been over 2 months since I received a receipt at the pump I was treated like that was an inconvenience. Looks like Shell is now off my list of places to take my business as well. I still have Tank Town down the road, Pete's Marathon and Sunoco at the truck stop. Plenty of other places to do business. Shell... you're fired! Lol

Overall I enjoy Shell, CS has been great and I have never had an issues with there fuel. My review is on their carwash at this location. Two/three of the jets on the touchless side are not spraying, leaving a very noticeable path 360 around the vehicle that is unclean. I would love to update this post in the future if they address the issue.

Employee Davis claimed their 24 hour gas station’s bathroom closes to their customers at 7pm??? I had to select at least one star to publish this review.

Their service center in the back has terrible customer service and treats people like garbage. Would never use them or the gas station again

I bought gas. I chose this place cause I’m from out of town on my way home and needed to use the bathroom. I got fuel and planned on getting food for the road. I went in and the bathrooms were “closed for cleaning “. I asked about the the wait. The cashier was really rude. She said to use the public bathroom at Martins. I’m like is it possible, due it being an emergency.. if I could use the one she’s not cleaning. She said they were both being cleaned at the same time. I’m like one person is in 2 bathrooms at the same time. She said yes. I’ll chalk it up to a wasted place to give my money in Michigan. Rude!
