I've had good service in the past but last year they were behind and didn't call. I waited nearly 2 hours. I love Ken but he dozed off a few times. I hoped they would have brought in some help but I don't see that on the website.

Disorganized, lost paperwork, charged way over quote, added items not even discussed, simply very shady, tried getting us to lie to IRS on taxes! Will be reported to authorities.
