My husband and I had an overheated f150 while on I31. It was 99 degrees, we were stranded on an off ramp, a nice local citizen assisted connecting us with Precision Auto. We were towed to G&G Auto and our situation was repaired, we were back on the road and happy! Tow driver, Dan, was an exceptional individual. He got us to food and AC and was nothing but professional and personable. Thank YOU!

Wow what a service!
I had a black car to which got scratched up, and I thought I was screwed. Precision Auto & Body REALLY took good care of me and fixed it layer by layer. When they say "Precision", they really mean it. My car looks brand new and I couldn't be anymore happy with it. I also really appreciated the fast and efficient results.

Took my car there because I hit a deer. Shattered the windshield had a lot of dents and dings and needed a new side mirror… I just didn’t think my car would look right again! But when I went to pick it up, I was amazed and so pleased with the job that they did !! Everyone was very nice and I just couldn’t be more happy with my experience there ! I would recommend this place to anyone !

Broadside by a deer while driving 75 on the passenger side. All body panels were replaced along with the rear rim. Looks like new and perfect fit.

They saved the day! ??
I locked myself out of my car at the park.
I don't have a second key to the car.
So I had no choice but to call a locksmith.
Apparently Precision is the ONLY company in Niles now that helps people get into their locked CARS.
They came QUICKLY, got the car unlocked QUICKLY & are even billing my insurance company DIRECTLY so it didn't cost ME a penny! ??
To say that I am RELIEVED is an UNDERSTATEMENT!
Thank You so much Precision for helping me out & making a stressful situation so much EASIER!
The driver was kind, courteous & very professional.

Best place to go in the area. Jeremy is amazing and went above and beyond his way to help us out after our car was in a hit-and-run accident. And I’m glad to know and I’m happy to say the first place I was referred to from a friend turned out to be the best place possible.

I needed a non running piece of equipment moved. The operator had it loaded at pick up point before he knew I was there. When I got to the truck he recognized me from former service. When I got to the drop point it was exactly where I wanted it.Awesome service!
