“Called Marsh Auto Monday, and spoke with Amanda. It was so nice to hear a pleasant voice on the other end of the phone! She had my car towed to their garage the same day I called. Matt called the next day, Tuesday and told me what was wrong with my car in detail. He gave me a quote and I was able to pick up my car the very next day. I just want to thank them for being courteous, Matt for his explanation in detail of what was wrong with my car, their promptness, and their ability to communicate with me as to when my car would be ready for pick-up.
