I would go here only as a last result. This is the only body shop I’ve heard of that charges you before they even begin to work on your vehicle. My car has been with them for over a month and it’s still not done. You’re better off taking your car to literally anyone elseServices: Body & Trim

We recently took our truck in for repair. The communication was poor from the beginning and the start date kept changing due to the fact that they were just so “backed up”. They were poor on returning calls but if you could get someone to answer the start date was elusive and ever changing. After 10 days, the owner, Nick decided if we didn’t like the run a round we could always go somewhere else which is what he suggested, such wonderful customer service. After all they

We dropped off a truck recently to be worked on only to have the start date moved out/ changed three times and it was extremely hard to receive a return phone call or reach someone by phone. We were always told how “bogged down” they were although perhaps working beyond Bankers hours might catch things up and provide better customer service. In the end their best efforts were perhaps we might like to take the vehicle somewhere else for faster service, which after waiting 10 days to get a “start date”, we did. It was completed the next day.

Customer Service issues. Kept moving start date and after 10 days in their shop still didn't have a start date. Horrible at answering phones always recordings and no call backs had to catch when you can and story always changing but constant was they are "bogged down" and last conversation pretty much advised us to go elsewhere if we wanted good service which we did. The vehicle got done in one day with no issues. Customer Service is what small Business is made of. Good luck Nick D.

This was the worst paint shop I've ever been to! I bought a after market hood and ask if they could paint it to match it to my custom color on my jeep.they said sure no problem, well 2 months later they still couldn't get it to match. A PAINT SHOP THAT CAN'T MATCH COLORS. WOW,,then then would meet me half way and refund some of my money back. Had to take it to CHARLIE'S CUSTOM PAINT. IN ELKHART to get it done in 2 days. NICK'S paint shop sucks!!!!! It would get a Negative 8 star

Did a terrible job on my dads jeep. They couldnt even match the paint on the jeep. Treats customers like dirt. Didnt give us our money back when they did something wrong. They made us pay for their mistake. Were hesitant on giving us the old hood on our jeep back and we are pretty sure they siphoned the gas out of the tank. DEFINITELY WOULD NOT RECOMMEND!!!!!!
