Paid $35 to have 1 tire changed,that's not a way to do business,I've been a technician for 34 years,I've never screwed my customers like that,I'll never be back or recommend them

Great customer service part store gave me the wrong parts and he was nice enough to take me back to the part store to get proper parts highly recommend for mechanic work

I don’t really have words to express my gratitude and appreciation for how I was treated and looked after like family by this business yesterday , I can’t imagine someone being so willing to help a complete stranger on a Friday what started out just before closing time and turned into being well after closing for Mr. Fernando medrano . Your efforts and service was unmatched and ur work and dedication is second to none . Thank you for being amazing!!! And I don’t care if I move to Alaska I’ll be getting everything tire related here for life .. and I’d hate to leave out the part where I’m new to the area and called every where big box stores included and what I was after no one stocked new or used and Medrano Tire not only offers both they had a steal of a deal, on not one , but two of the best used tires I’ve probably ever seen !!!! Thank you again

Do not buy tires here got a quote from him on a tire for a Dually tried charging me $550.00 yes that's right $550.00 for a single tire but found me deal on a off brand for $350.... called Zolman Fleet in mishawaka and got then same tire he was charging me $550 for, it cost me $250.00 out the door. Becareful$300 upcharge for nothing...Your response still doesn't explain where the other 200 plus dollars would have gone I've never paid 200 dollars on labor for 1 tire. The owner himself told me the off brand tire was NOT MICHELIN. You sold my friend 2 tires for the front of this Dually for 350 each you're gouching people is all I am saying man. Good business is the best business.

Medrano is great!!! I have been going to him for my tire needs since he opened up many years ago on 5th St in Niles. I was sad to see him close shop but then I heard he just moved to Berrien Springs. I'm so happy I still have my tire man!!! He always gives me a good deal, is honest and good at what he does. He won't take advantage of you because your a woman or a fool that doesn't know tires. ?I highly recommend him.

They were open New Years day and gave me a great price for all 4 tires. I was planning on buying 1 tire but with those prices I had to buy all 4 tires. Thank you!
