Kim was great, introduced herself, answered question when I had them, no pressure and was very nice/personable. I think that’s why I went back to buy from this particular store. Now just hope the mattress I picked works out great as well?!

Bought three mattresses here and nothing but outstanding customer service and we are very happy with our mattresses. Very disappointed to see such a harsh review a little bit ago but it was interesting to see when I clicked on their profile all they do is write bad reviews which some of them were down right laughable. Don't let Karen's review through you off, three mattresses, three separate visits, three great experiences over here... Not associated with the company in any way just a happy customer.

From a nursing perspective, I agree that no mattress can "prevent a chronic back injury", but with a good deal of confidence, I can say that sleeping on a mattress that results in improper spine alignment can cause vertebral disc problems , including herniation. Thanks.

A few months ago, we bought a mattress at Mattress Warehouse, Niles location. Within 60 days, the mattress began to develop uneven low spots and, I began to experience back pain to the point that I was having problems getting out of bed. We contacted the manager, and exchanged the mattress for a new one (same brand) hoping the problem was just with the first mattress. Within 60 days, mattress began to develop sinkholes. I called the manager and asked for the manufacturers contact information, so I could contact them. He responded that complaints are handled through their business, and he came out to inspect the mattress. Today, I received a letter stating mattress defect doesn’t meet criteria for a covered defect. We spent almost $1,500.00 for the mattress and boxspring and in order to prevent a chronic back injury, we are taking a total loss because we are buying a new one (elsewhere) to replace it. Anyone have recommendations on a quality mattress?

We went to look for a new mattress for my mother in law. They had everything we needed in stock. Doug was very knowledgeable, patient and helpful in assisting us with our purchase. My mother in law had an amazing nights sleep!!!

Don't bother driving around or wasting time online. No one beats Mattress Warehouse's prices, selection, speedy service and delivery. Supporting small business is so important and I would never shop anywhere else for a mattress.

Glad we decided to go here from Sister Lakes. Kim was so friendly and knowledgeable about all the different mattresses. She said they have been around for a long time in the community. They had the mattress we wanted in stock and she knew we needed soon so she arranged to do delivery right away. Great store and good prices.

I had just recently moved to the area and needed a bed for my spare room, glad I went here! I had quick and friendly service, and to top it off I had the bed by the next morning!
