I was in the store and accidentally left my card. as soon as I got home, I tried calling over and over and over. kept going straight to a full VM box. for hours...no one answered. I had called the store before I went in to ask a question, and the phone was answered. now that I'm missing a card...nothing. even once, the line picked up, and hung up immediatel.
